> **Minpunten**: The lack of pure customization. No Hex colors for background, can't alter the text font, can't build in HTML to customize it.

> For the money, this is a great service. When you have problems, they are very quick to reply. 

The issues for me come in the layout of the back-end, and the fact that they do not provide any video tutorials and refuse to do a GoToMeeting to show you how it works. You are meant to stumble around until you figure out where everything is and how it works, and for someone with limited time, that is less than ideal.
