Sudhanshu was incredibly organized, communicative, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Transitioning software is overwhelming simply because there’s so much to learn, but I never felt like I was doing it alone. If he didn’t immediately have the answer to a question, he always took the time to research it, explore different options, and come back with a solution. He also helped me think through workflows and offered guidance when I wanted to know what might be considered an industry standard. That level of support made a huge difference. I’ve used Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, and most recently Mangomint, and Zenoti is by far the most comprehensive software I’ve worked with. The level of customization, reporting, automation, and operational insight is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It's nice to be able to use the desktop version when at work and still be able to see my client schedule and client forms on the mobile app from home. There are also a lot of features that make it clear and easy to use, and to customize different codes or icons so that with just a quick glance I can see if I client is new, is an existing member, and some of the specifics for their service booking. > > **Minpunten**: There seems to be some issues with integration between the desktop version and the mobile version. When at the spa on the desktop which is hard wired to internal servers within the location, on sporadically for random clients I'm not able to load the profile information, yet for the same client/appointent I am able to open it from a mobile device that is on the same server wifi. The GM has reviewed all of the permission settings as well as contacted our customer support and there doesn't seem to be a consistent reason or "fix". Additionally the mobile app is really glitchy both from my home wifi and on the spa wifi connection. The screen windows sometimes come up out of view, for example when opening my client schedule for the day only 1/4 of the schedule "window" is viewable to the far right of my screen and the rest is cut off with no ability to scroll or swipe over. Usually after I switch calendar/schedule layout views a couple times then it will come up like it's supposed to. Also, the mobile app takes a really long time to process when trying to open client profiles and forms which is very frustrating when on a tight client schedule. > > Overall it seems like Zenoti "should" be a great platform. It has tons of bells and whistles that would make it an ideal platform and I'm sure it has far more capability beyond the pretty basic level of use that my role utilizes it for. However, I personally would be a bit hesitant to recommend it and would likely not use it myself if I ran a full service spa.
