First, the system crashed on Valentines week, then the software was charging out of area fees on local postal codes, or not at all, now over a year with this company and they have no invoice history of why I am getting billed for what and what the charges are. The owner of the company "might" be in at some point to help but you never know. So now when I go to do my taxes for the past year I have no idea what I am being charged for, which by the way changes all the time. The customer service people have NO idea what is going on and usually can't help. After Christmas, this will be it for me. NOT another broken Valentines here. Do NOT Recommend at all\! The POS is designed to correct you when fields are missing and is easy to follow. In a world built around online ordering, the website allows you to manage it yourself giving you flexibility to add or change any products or inventory at anytime of the day. Clients rave of the ease of navigating the website. The Proposals for wedding and events is amazing to give details to your clients so there is no room for error. I took over my aunt's flower shop, who was already using Floranext. I was able to sit down, and figure out how to use it on my own. When it came time to decide whether to keep Floranext or not, I opted to stay due to this. I primarily use Floranext to keep track of my in house orders,deliveries, and sales. This works out very well for me. I also heavily use Floranext as a Customer Management Database. It's very easy to find and update information as needed. As well as keeping track of my house accounts for billing. > > **Minpunten**: I really would like to see there be a choice of fonts when utilizing the Card Message field. Currently there is only a plain font, and there are times when a script or cursive font would be really nice. It would also be interesting if there was a way to store floral recipes in the system, and a current stem count per flower that would automatically degrade inventory counts based on live real time sales. That way when there are high order volumes you can easily see if you have the flowers available while you're taking the order, and if you are low you'll know you need to see about ordering more before pre-book for the following week. Now if that floral recipe was able to print on the order also, that would be outstanding for when a designer is helping out that might not be familiar with the recipes It would also be beneficial to be able to enter multiple orders at once. > > Overall, I love working with Floranext.
