We have private one-on-one conversations with employees when needed, but we also maintain operational channels for sales, leads, estimate review, design, production, installation, and general company communication. The ability to share photos and files directly within conversations is extremely valuable in our industry, where visual communication is often necessary. The event calendar feels a little clunky compared to the rest of the platform. The current layout tends to focus on upcoming items, making it less intuitive when trying to review past events or quickly view an entire month's schedule at a glance. Archived jobs and completed events are available, but accessing them takes additional navigation.
