BizMerlin is een cloudgebaseerde oplossing voor personeelsbeheer die teams helpt bij het werven, onboarden, beheren en trainen van teamleden. BizMerlin is toegankelijk op meerdere apparaattypen met behulp van browsergebaseerde of native mobiele toepassingen.
Je kunt volledige werknemersdossiers bijhouden en papierloze onboarding uitvoeren, inclusief elektronische ondertekening van documenten. Stel doelen en beheer prestatiebeoordelingen met BizMerlin door gebruik te maken van de ingebouwde bibliotheek met sjablonen. Prestatiebeoordelingen met BizMerlin zijn zo eenvoudig dat je er binnen een uur mee aan de slag kunt. Je kunt de wervingsprocessen beheren, inclusief openbare en interne vacatures, zoeken naar kandidaten vanaf meer dan 40 vacaturesites en de kandidaten evalueren met behulp van externe beoordelings- en achtergrondverificatiediensten. Beheer een zelfgenererende competentiematrix voor het personeel en vind trainingen die voor hen zinvol zijn.
Bovendien biedt BizMerlin HR-analysefuncties met aspecten zoals retentieanalyse, projectanalyse en statistieken over het gebruik van middelen. De functie voor financieel beheer helpt bij het bijhouden van inkomsten en kosten, het analyseren van historische prestaties en het visualiseren van toekomstige trends in de vorm van verschillende statistische grafieken. De software biedt een werknemersdatabase en functies voor het volgen van sollicitanten, compensatiebeheer, loopbaanplanning en trainingsbeheer.
BizMerlin kan worden geïntegreerd met meer dan 100 toepassingen van derden, waaronder Salesforce, JIRA, QuickBooks, LinkedIn en Facebook. Tot de klanten van BizMerlin behoren Burke & Herbert Bank, Tellius, Capgemini, Open Systems Technologies, Collabera, Barkawi, Perfectial, Nationlink Telecom en Sherman Hill Group.

Has a friendly user interface, have many different options, however you will not lose your self trying to navigate in application. Also the interface is very specific in the porpouse

I love all the features, it eliminates the need for multiple programs and memberships. It has Payroll features and schedules, HR documents like sign offs and all orientations and trainings, goals setting and annual reviews. It also contains vacation/sick time bookings. Even has an app
