Over Forumbee
Forumbee is een cloudgebaseerde oplossing voor het creëren van communityforums waarmee gebruikers openbare, besloten, verborgen en beperkt toegankelijke forums kunnen creëren voor vraag-en-antwoord, discussie, feedback en ideeëngenerering, kennisbankartikelen en meer. Forums zijn reclamevrij, onafhankelijk van sociale netwerken, en kunnen worden aangepast met een ingebouwd thema of de eigen branding, logo's en berichten van gebruikers.
Forumbee bevat een reeks beheertools waarmee gebruikers controle hebben over de content die in hun community wordt geplaatst en de mogelijkheid om degenen die communityregels overtreden te beheren, schorsen en verbannen. Activiteitenstromen kunnen in de hele community in realtime worden gevolgd, waardoor gebruikers nieuwe onderwerpen en opmerkingen kunnen identificeren die hun inbreng of aandacht vereisen. Onderwerpen en berichten kunnen zowel in de community als geheel of in specifieke forums worden gefilterd en gesorteerd. Hierdoor kunnen gebruikers onderwerpen vinden zonder antwoorden, onbeantwoorde vragen en feedback waaraan nog geen status is toegekend. Berichten kunnen ook worden doorzocht met een volledige tekstzoekfunctie en de resultaten kunnen worden beperkt op het soort bericht, het forum of de berichtstatus. Belangrijke onderwerpen of opmerkingen kunnen worden vastgezet of gemarkeerd om bovenaan het forum of bericht te worden weergegeven, en gebruikers kunnen individuele opmerkingen ook markeren als het officiële antwoord op een vraag of onderwerp. Spam, ongepaste of dubbele opmerkingen of berichten kunnen worden verwijderd, discussies kunnen worden gesloten om verdere reacties te voorkomen en moderators kunnen ook berichten herstellen die per abuis zijn verwijderd.
Forumbee omvat ook aanpasbare gebruikersprofielen, het volgen van ledenactiviteiten, tools voor gebruikersbeheer, e-mailmeldingen, ondersteuning voor ingesloten afbeeldingen en video, evenals bestandsbijlagen in meerdere indelingen, en nog veel meer.

Pluspunten
Everything. We tried multiple forum providers including Plush, Mobilize, Facebook Groups, and Vanilla Forums. All for different reasons, none of these guys were able to meet our needs. ForumBee literally has everything that we were looking for to support our 6000+ member community. We are so thankful for them, and we highly recommend them.
Minpunten
The largest downside to ForumBee is their unwillingness to connect on the phone. I can appreciate the value of them doing this; however, it's been a frustration for us to not be able to develop a deeper relationship with them. We want to be a part of making ForumBee better, but it's going to be difficult when all communication is based in email.

We were able to set up a site that had a customised digital library, forum, member profiles, and built-in live event broadcasting within just a few weeks. Thanks a lot Forumbee!

Thoughtful, simple and well designed, Forumbee's software is easy to use and simple to set-up and customise. Our team and the platform's users find it very intuitive. All the essential security and reporting features are also available. Many thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who helped with the design, account set-up, support, training and everything else for the project.

There could be one or two additional features (e.g. Zoom integration) but it's better to have a simpler well-built product than some of the complex services available in the market.

This has been a very good tool for Incorta and got us a really great community site with almost no build effort on our own.

The product is really easy to use and administer. The customer support is world class, consultative, and creative when it comes to problem solving.
Minpunten
There certainly are areas of the product I wish were a bit more configurable, like showing information about posters to others, allowing for posters to carry badges or show accomplishments.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Forumbee - from the demo stage in learning about their product to the launch of this service across our entire company. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is fantastic to work with - I appreciate we’ve had the same contact the entire time making the onboarding process seamless.
The service is intuitive, highly customizable and was an incredibly smooth experience to get adoption quickly across the entire company.
As someone who tested multiple knowledge management systems over the course of a year and could never find something that met all our needs, Forumbee solved so many of our problems. We’ve had no issues whatsoever after deciding to move forward with them. I could not recommend them enough.

After a year long search, we settled on Forumbee and couldn’t be happier with this decision. Whether you’re a user or admin, the user experience is incredibly intuitive. In addition to this, the service we receive is fantastic, especially from our dedicated rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. She responds to every question within a matter of hours.
We are a very process heavy organization and this service has been a game changer in having a central hub of documentation, giving our people the answers they need in the quickest and easiest route.

While the customization in matching our website is great, there’s limitations in how much we can customize within an actual article like easily embedding videos.

Forumbee staff members consistently go above and beyond to address our concerns and try to meet our unique needs. They have built so many customizable features for us that I'm positive other customers are not requesting. In addition to the stellar service, this software is easy to use, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully created. Loving the software you (and 400+ others) use on a regular basis is important!

There are some text formatting challenges in the use of this product. For example, text formatting transferred from another document is not always retained. Additionally, the more our community/posts grow, the more difficult it becomes to search with accuracy. Forumbee has made improvements in these areas and continues to do so.
