Upon entering into a service agreement with Marketing 360, I was not properly informed of the true costs associated with their platform and services. Fees that were either vaguely explained or entirely omitted during the onboarding process began appearing on my billing statements, including recurring platform charges and inflated service fees that far exceeded the value of the work delivered. More critically, Marketing 360 launched paid advertising campaigns without the oversight of a qualified or certified ad specialist. The campaigns were poorly targeted, lacked strategic planning, and yielded no measurable return on investment.
