> **Minpunten**: 3CX cancelling multi tenant version in order to make more money. After that, every change translated in to higher cost for a customer while adding a lot more work to us, MSP's.

> The licenses which supposed to be free forever, all of a sudden weren't. Even after that, because everything else worked, I have grudgingly tolerated their changes and price increases until 3CX decided to go after our customers directly. I had none of that. Switched all of my customers to a competitor which allows multi tenant and perpetual license.
