We do not use the billing aspect, nor the patient portal. Security is tight and will log you off if not actively in use.

> **Minpunten**: the billing per user makes NO exceptions for anything unusual. We had a staff member on line for 2 days and were billed for the whole month.
> 
> Very helpful resident record process. Easy to add new staff. adaptable as we discover new issues that we need to keep track of.
