Calendly is planningssoftware voor het organiseren van vergaderingen en afspraken tussen individuele medewerkers en hun collega's, en tussen bedrijven en hun klanten.
Calendly stelt gebruikers in staat om hun beschikbaarheidsvoorkeuren in te stellen en vervolgens hun eigen gepersonaliseerde uitnodigingslink te verzenden om vergaderingen of afspraken te regelen. De genodigde krijgt een selectie van beschikbare tijden en datums op basis van de beschikbaarheid van de gebruiker en kan hieruit een keuze maken. Calendly bevat voorgestelde vergaderlengtes van 15, 30 en 60 minuten, maar gebruikers kunnen een onbeperkt aantal verschillende gebeurtenistypen creëren om aan hun behoeften te voldoen, buffertijd tussen afspraken instellen en een minimale opzeggingstermijn handhaven om het last-minute boeken van vergaderingen te voorkomen.
Calendly stelt gebruikers in staat om verschillende typen uitnodigingen in te stellen en te verzenden, waardoor genodigden de mogelijkheid hebben om het vergaderformaat te selecteren, met welk teamlid ze willen spreken of beide. Vergaderingen kunnen ook automatisch worden toegewezen aan elk personeelslid dat beschikbaar is op het moment dat een genodigde kiest voor zijn/haar afspraak. Nadat genodigden hebben gereageerd, kunnen ze vanaf de bevestigingspagina van het evenement naar de site van de gebruiker of een aangepaste bedankpagina worden geleid.
Calendly stuurt automatisch aangepaste bevestigings-e-mails en gebeurtenisherinneringen naar genodigden en brengt alle deelnemers aan de vergadering via e-mail op de hoogte als een deelnemer een afspraak verandert. Integraties met Google- en Office 365-agenda's zorgen ervoor dat de agenda's van gebruikers automatisch worden bijgewerkt, waarbij Calendly controleert op eventuele boekingsconflicten voordat er evenementen worden toegevoegd.

It's a consistent add to my sales process, making it easy for me to find time to meet with prospects.
Pluspunten
The ease my prospects can use my calendar to schedule and reschedule meetings is the most important functionality of any tool. I can give them ways to book by adding a clickable calendar in the body of the email or by coming to a booking page.
Minpunten
Leadership seems to be using another tool for weblead booking. It does create an inconsistency, but I'm not part of that decision. But we fought to keep calendly for our personal scheduling.

Calendly has been a real game changer in our quest for effective scheduling. Calendly has enabled us to make scheduling so effective and effortless by doing most of the work for us using automations. It has been an easy and very effective scheduling experience with Calendly. With Calendly, there are no struggles finding time to schedule for a meeting.
Pluspunten
I like how easy it was to learn Calendly and how to use it optimumly. The user interface is also very sleek abd easy to navigate. Calendly real-time sync with my calendar tool help find available time for scheduling based on my existing calendar activities. Its seamless integration with most online meeting products makes it easy to schedule for online meetings. Calendly offers automated schedule reminders and follow ups that ensure everyone shows up for the scheduled meetings.

All Calendly features has been so responsive. We have found nothing to hate in Calendly.

I tried to upgrade, the system said there was a problem and I had to contact billing. There was no way to contact billing directly. I could only deal with the bot. When someone finally responded to my issues I was instructed that I did not use the fasted way to contact customer support. I suggested that they have only the best way to contact customer service available on their website. The following is what I sent to them when they asked for feedback
If the chatbot was the only thing maybe I could have stayed. The follow up on the chatbot did not improve. Horrific experience. Absolutely horrific experience. No longer interested in paying for the lack of service anymore. I have set up another calendar system and am transitioning all of my links to it. There is no excuse for this. You continue with this nonsense you will be out of business. You can count on, I will be telling people to not use your service; the free service and especially the paid service. Simply because your app does not offer service at all.

I had used this first for an interview. I was able to see all available slots for present and future dates and book according to my flexibility. Once done, I was able to add this to my regular calendar of use. It automatically helps me follow up with the scheduled meetings and never miss anything. Initially I found it difficult to use, but it is pretty good
Pluspunten
I like the idea behind the product, for scheduling meetings on the go. It helps enable a lot of things to be manually checked automated. I had first used this when an interview was scheduled with a company. They shared the link and I was able to schedule the interview based on my availability and slots prescribed by the interviewer. It comes with integration with the calendar you use - say outlook or any calendar you use for daily lookup for your meetings. It is integrated with Zoom which helps me streamlining all of my meetings efficiently
Minpunten
The free plan I tried has limited features, doesn’t actually give me the feel of what the product has more to explore. Customisation is another bottleneck which is limited. Sometimes sync issues happen with other integrated tools
