Because our Sales team is often "drinking from the fire hose" they sometimes need to be spoon fed the content rather than go looking for it themselves. The search function does not work well so if users aren't familiar with how the content is organized, they really struggle to find things. Weekly announcements have been really helpful to keep them abreast of new \& updated materials.
