Jotform Mobile Forms is een volledig gratis en opnieuw ontworpen app die gebruikers de flexibiliteit biedt om overal te werken, gemakkelijk samen te werken en hun gegevensverzamelingsproces te stroomlijnen. En dat alles waar je maar bent. Hier volgen enkele functies.
Formulieren maken en bewerken; het bouwen van formulieren is nu een stuk eenvoudiger geworden. Maak snel en eenvoudig formulieren en breng onderweg bewerkingen aan.
Offline gegevensverzameling; of je nu in het veld bent, op een berg zit of over zee vliegt, verzamel belangrijke informatie offline zonder internetverbinding.
Geavanceerde formuliervelden; profiteer van geavanceerde formuliervelden, zoals geolocatie, spraakopname en e-handtekeningen om completere gegevens voor je bedrijf te verkrijgen.
Kioskmodus; met de kioskmodus kunnen meerdere mensen een formulier keer op keer invullen op één apparaat. Gebruik de kioskmodus op beurzen of conferenties om belangrijke informatie te verzamelen.
Formulieren toewijzen; wijs formulieren toe aan je teamgenoten zodat ze hun antwoorden kunnen openen, invullen, bekijken en beheren.
Meldingen aanpassen; schakel meldingen op je formulieren in of uit, zodat je door alle ruis heen op de hoogte kunt blijven van wat het belangrijkst is.
Je formulieren en inzendingen delen; deel moeiteloos je formulieren en formulierinzendingen via e-mail, sms of via andere apps.
Zorg ervoor dat je het downloadt in de App Store of Google Play Store.

Pluspunten
Ik kon er met gemak een bestelformulier in maken, zonder enig technische of creatieve kennis.
Minpunten
Ik zou in de pakketten die aangeboden worden nog een lager instapmodel kiezen. De gratis versie heeft te weinig inzendingen en de eerst betaalde versie is echt een stap te ver voor het relatief simpele gebruik zoals door mij. Ik betaal graag voor een mooie functionaliteit als dit, maar misschien meer modulair aanbieden of een betaalde basisstap aanbieden.

Pluspunten
JotForm had a lot of options that Google Form and Typeform and other form software don't have. Such as accepting payment, accepting signatures, etc.
Minpunten
JotForm limits what its users can and cannot do with the forms unnecessarily even if you are just making a form for testing purposes. Unlike Google Forms where you can essentially do whatever you want.

Thanks for the positive review and glad that you had a decent experience using JotForm. I'd like to clarify that with our free plan, you can already access all the JotForm core features. However, there are limits including the number of forms. For the free plan, you can only keep 5 active forms in your account. If you have created a test form, you can archive it later so it won't be counted towards your limit.

They many ways you can store data, organize it, use it show so many comparisons, easy to show labor cost, material costs, orders, supplies, whole job with individual parts, individual parts that don't get lost in job process, immense way of collecting data and interacting with data sharing. Works well with other software!!

Loading time, but it's not any worse than competitors.

It worked great for two or three weeks. Then my website said "form deleted by owner" and my form no...
It worked great for two or three weeks. Then my website said "form deleted by owner" and my form no longer appeared in jotform.com. I chatted with customer support who said nothing was wrong with my jotform account, and suggested it may be a "backend" issue. I contacted my host, and they ran a site check on jotform.com. The sitecheck (sitecheck.com) showed a medium risk for jotform. Being the first time I tried sitecheck.com, I tried it on my website (low-risk) and a few others. Without saying I was hacked, I'm not going to risk another "form deleted by user."

Preset template that could be tweaked. Easy upload.
Minpunten
Learning curve, couldn't find a searchable index.

Great experience overall. The software itself is so user friendly. Drag and drop elements is the way to go.
Pluspunten
All the form elements available make creating forms super customizable. Love the widgets. Automated email confirmations and conditional logic features are huge pluses, too. Google sheets is a favorite integration of ours so we can have form submission answers fed into reports. The help pages and forums are a great resource.
Minpunten
When looking for a very specific solution, you may have to search the forums a bit, but customized solutions necessarily take a bit more legwork.
