I have loved the ability to track job postings and associate candidates with those openings in one easy to use site. Our team can collaborate on postings and candidates and individualize process flows. The fact that we were able to integrate postings with our website was a major plus. Recruiterbox has become my sole resource for hiring and interviewing needs.

The interface seems to change every 6 months or so. It always takes me a little while to adjust.

Product offers a lot of flexibility to customize it for each opening. I also like d the pricing structure.

The layout of the pages is just awful. You can't find anything - it is too convoluted. Too complex to navigate.

Superb And flawless integration with our website. The experience so far has been great. Most importantly it allows the admin to modify and customise the page. This in my opinion is great.

Sometimes a little slow. Perhaps can come out with a Mac desktop app. Email templates can be there from before. Perhaps there for people to modify

I often help with the recruitment process for outside clients and that involves working within their ATS. The customizability of the workflow is probably it's strongest point.

Some of the navigation isn't quite as intuitive as it could be, but it seems they're on the right path.

Easy to share and use makes recruiterbox the preferred internal and external referral enhancement tools.

More customization at the profile page level of the company (on their portal) would help in keeping some designations public and others private (or with restricted access).

Oh my god it is so difficult when hiring to keep up with all the applicants. Recriterbox keeps up with all the viable candidates according to parameters I decide. It saves so much time and aggravation. I don't know how I did it before.

I like every aspect of this software. I honestly cannot think if anything to improve it.

Now we're getting our recruiting, hiring, and onboarding into one system!

The onboarding has been painful. To archive our past applicants, we've had to go through multiple uploads that have added weeks to our set up time.

This company clearly has a "customer oriented" mentality, from feature requests, to education, to support, I always feel there is a concern for our needs and a genuine attempt to create a product that matches our goals. While I realize that this is not a custom software product, I think RecruiterBox is always looking to maximize the tool for the most users possible.

This is an off the shelf product that must measure the needs of all vs. a custom built approach. That said, there are times when we'd like features that don't necessarily make sense to the greater good. Despite this, we feel that they are attentive, approachable, and their customer service/interchange is fantastic, even when we don't get everything we wish for :)

This software revolutionised our recruitment process - it was exactly what I was looking for. We recruit maybe twice a year and, previously, I would have to find an old spreadsheet, remind myself what I'd done in the past, copy it, decide it needed changing, yadayadayada...

Recruiterbox does everything I need. It makes advertising the job simple (we commonly use LinkedIn and Indeed, both of which have yielded a good crop of candidates) and quick, and I can manage the candidates through the whole process with a minimum of input. I can see a glance where people are in the process and I can pinpoint the information I need at a stroke.

What's not to like? Sure, there are some small interface tweaks that might make things slightly better, but if anything had really bothered me, I would have contacted the developer to ask for it.

-transparency of reviews and ratings

-The review process is a bit confusing. There is a quick review which is apparently different than a regular review. If you do one instead of the other you keep getting the email reminders to complete your review. On the bright side when I eventually decided to email customer service about this they got back to me very quickly to help me figure this out
-I wish you could choose to hide other people's reviews and ratings until after you complete your so that colleagues' opinions don't have any effect

We used this ATS and found it easy to use because of the features they offer

Nothing much as it serves the purpose in the recruitment

We started as a 2 man shop and as we grew, Reruiterbox was there every step of the way to help us with our growth. The features, reports, and most importantly support are all great!
Recruiterbox helped us streamline our recruiting and gave us insights for every step in our process.
The search function is extremely fast and really lends itself for one of the reasons why we use it so actively.

Occasional bugs / kinks but nothing major. And everytime we've reched out to Customer Support they've responded with a resolution quickly.

This is a fine program that does exactly what it is supposed to do. Keep track of candidates and help one to track the hiring process. While the program has been fine tuned since we have been using it, and some of the changes have needed more changes, we are overall very happy with the product. They have been responsive to my feedback and that is important. Response time is good. The program organizes the hiring process very well.

There have been a lot of changes to the program since we have been using it and I liked it better when it was a little simpler. I have found functions hard to find at times.

3. Unable to fill the form customized for candidates while Recruiter upload the cv
4. Most the time resume not parse information accurately
5. Unable to integrate with most of the job portal and online assessment

This software is forever innovative. They keep changing as the market does. They really care about their customers

I like how it is very easy to learn and use. It's really organized and easy to navigate. The agencies can see how their candidates are progressing through the stages. I get emails for updates that I need directly from Recruiterbox.

I wish it was easier to find candidates matching key words

- good features and functionality
- great tracking of candidates through custom processes

- set up takes time and it's not as intuitive as I would like
