Some things with it are surprisingly not great, like the font and spacing when you send emails from within crelate. The onboarding was as bare bones as it gets, other companies do a 1000 times better with their onboarding and account management/customer support. I think Crelate knows that their product is better so they bank on that. It seems like they are trying to get better with the customer experience. If they could perfect the customer support and onboarding side of the business it would be a home run, no one would be able to come for them. They charge you to get the support that you need so you should evaluate that with the price. There are a lot of upcharges for functionality which some make sense and some seem like a stretch. You will NEVER be able to get a person on the phone and the bot system they use will test your patience to say the least.
