Niets is makkelijk te vinden en sommige velden zijn verborgen die wel nodig zijn.
Basis zaken missen zoals grootboekkaar, debiteurenkaart etc
Je kunt een boeking niet meer aanpassen later.
Met afletteren bank kiest het systeem soms een willekeurige andere factuur
Geen handleiding of helpdesk
Erg duur
Telfout in balans is niet acceptabel

I like that you can do virtually almost anything on this program. It can be tailored to whatever you need.

I don't love the price, but it is probably worth it.

Very well designed ERP, data structure is very well designed so gives me a lot of confidence in the product

The user interface does have a steeper learning curve than some ERPs

Office ability to send emails and collaborate with others and it did offers choices but all add on cost

Sell businesses full version not starter style and charge for every add on we are using this for our benefit

User friendly interface, easy to learn and easy to impliment.

It lacks some modern touch up of software interface.

Not all aspects are intuitive or easy for clients to setup and manage

I do appreciate the integration options for 365 and the updates it has made from great plains.

The interface is outdated and it too difficult to find necessary reports. The report and field names are not common terms so you really need to know the software to find what you are looking for. Relying on the search feature is a bit immature to have to do.

It was essential to my work and very easy to use. It made my job easier!

There really wasn't anything I didnt like about it.

It was easy to integrate our sales and accounting data, making financial tracking a breeze.

Sometimes, finding specific features required navigating through too many menus.

I like all the different options they have for small businesses.

I at first had issues getting setup but support helped me.

Their electronic invoicing because you dont need to right it manually or some other tools or equipment just your mobile and computer to make it easy

Dynamics 365 BC has a variety of tools including the procurement module, human resource module, and the finance module.
It has a interface that is user friendly and easy to use.
It's workflows are outstanding and carrying out an activity from one end to another is made easy. With the workflows, at least a track can be made on the movement of activities carried out in the system.
The ability to generate reports is a plus which is also easy.
Another good feature is that it can be customized to accommodate the user needs.
It is also compatible with Microsoft Excel such that one can export and import data between the two.

At first, you will need some practice on how to manage it to avoid messing up with your crucial data.

Another issue is that running many processes at once can slow it down and this will force you to wait longer.

It easily integrates with Microsoft products and has a full set of features that we use regularly.

Like any software it has a learning curve. This takes time and effort of the individuals teaching and those learning.

Seamless integration with other Microsoft tools like Office 365 and Power BI. Streamlines various business functions such as finance, supply chain, and customer relationship management.

It can be overwhelming at first, there's a learning curve if you aren't familiar with it. In contrast, the mobile app could use some more development, it lacks some of the desktop features.

Performance of the application can be improved. Level of coding is hard when compared to previous version of Business central. Accessing the Back end application(SQL server) is not possible. This make hard for legacy users.

It is a very ease to use software similar to just like using Excel Spreadsheet. As per my opinion it is a very effective product available today for all our Enterprise Building Solution. All the functions in Business Central are very Great and can be very fruitful for the Business if adapted effectively and efficiently.

Nothing to Report as of Now. I am not able to find anything to Report at the Moment

Dynamics allowed me to stay organised. as D-365 has many tools , with all the variety of plug-ins, setting up automation and communication takes some work but it is really easy to see how my pipeline is working and have a single view of the company in one single dashboard.

it would have been great if it had a bit more features . i think that the reporting is the Achilles heel of the platform, it's a time-consuming task and not very straight forward as done in other platforms

Nothing. It is not nearly worth the 165,000.00 that we have put in to it over the last year.

Everything. System does not work. Too many fields to jump around to, too many pages to jump to. Unable to keep pages open to work between. Unable to see Customer / Vendor numbers. Not enough character spaces in some fields. Document date does not pull in correctly on Payment Journal. Check Stub total dollar amount prints on top of check number of lower stub. No vendor number prints anywhere on the check or stub. System creates two or three numbers for every PO, Job, Invoice. Payment Journal populates every Vendor that has a transaction then you have to choose which one to pay and then delete what you don't want. Checks do not print out in Alphabetical order. I can go on and on. Nothing good to say about this Program. It is not even written for our Industry. We were not even listed in the choices for Industry. What does that tell you.
