Office 365 is packed with great software at a great annual price. It's simple to use, but also very powerful. I primarily use Word and PowerPoint for my job and I find it quick, easy and effective. The new feature where PowerPoint makes suggestions to improve your slide is really nice and often spurs ideas in me.

Outlook is a powerful email, contact and calendar that you can use across multiple platforms and share with co-workers and family. One more than one occasion it has helped me remember important dates and appointments as well as keeping on track regarding my work responsibilities.

I don't use excel, but people I know who do speak highly of it and how flexible and powerful it is.

There is very little about Office 365 I don't like. Outlook could use an aesthetic overhaul in my opinion, but that's a pretty minor gripe for software as powerful as this.

i really like Exchange online Archive Plan 2 there have a option to take a separate plan for mailbox, 100 GB Primary and 1.5 TB Secondary mailbox and also one drive you have a option to share data anywhere 1 TB to 5 TB you store data on one-drive .If you are Admin you have a permission to access office 365 tenant anywhere . It;s have a security feature MFA (Multi factor authentication ) . One of best feature are most like if user are left a company you need their data and also you need license so you can convert their mailbox regular to shared mailbox . and set delegation permission to access their data .

Some feature are missing if i am using a teams meeting with external Employee he also using teams if i create a notes in during a meeting time after i need when meeting finish to send a notes to anyone who is join the meeting automatic but this option not available.

it was easy to install and set up.
It will handle multiple email accounts as one inbox - most likely a Redmond tracking / snooping feature to capture all your communications in one place.

I no longer use this product, I couldn't stand it at all. Not everything needs to be cloud based and this is one which certainly belongs in that category.
I didnt like or cant stand the following:
comparing to the MS Office suite - Outlook specifically:
1. no way to open easily the email in a separate window,
2. when creating an email, I have to WAIT for the program to "read" my typing , feels invasive
3. spell check - its like asking a baby to check your spelling. Typos where keys right next to one another should be discernible to a computer, are not, its the dumbest spell check ever
4. when trying to correct a spelling error, since the system is so dumb, and its takes so long for the spell check to figure it out, I typically was correcting it manually.
5. not many options available
6. Rules options, are non existent so I cant make a rule to handle emails as they arrive.
7. no text formatting
8. no HTML / RTF / plain text formatting options
9. Cant simply drop a signature file in, its cumbersome
10. its not MS Office Outlook - you took a successful product (outlook) with useful tools and stripped it down from a high performance sports car to a wagon, and I mean a little red wagon!

Since i am the admin, i like that using the admin center is easy and there are lots of articles and guides on how to do or deploy features and they are easy to understand even for beginners. Best part about it is, Microsoft products are easy to integrate with other software or systems.

Well only a few times i had to each out to support, for a domain related issue and they really didn't solve my problem. I ended up figuring it out on my own. But other issues they can solve fine.

any report through excel sheet is easy to prepare.

I didn't find any problem in Microsoft 365

Very easy to use and integrates many required features under one product. Have used Microsoft 365 for years now and would struggle without it.

I haven't come across any issues with Microsoft 365 to date that I would consider a con of the product overall.

I like Microsoft 365 because there is really no good alternative. It is the best for what it does. It does most things pretty seamlessly which includes file sharing and document generation.

The mobile apps are lacking in their features and usability as well as the web version. The web version cannot do a lot of things that the desktop version can do which is unfortunate because I have to use the web version as Microsoft does not support Office 365 on Linux computers. There are also certain Excel commands that are more advanced that work on the 365 web version but not on the desktop version.

Microsoft 365 is very simple and easy to us. You can read/send email using outlooks. You can use the calender to view your tasks and meetings.Microsoft 365 is usable on mobile phones and personal computers

I love all the features of Microsoft 365.

There are many features and many ways to customize mail based on sender, domain, etc. Archiving and searching is easy and allows you to find past emails quickly.

The calander looks a bit messy at time, could look a little more organized.

Have two emails on outlook and team poses as an issue. calls do not come through on team of one of my emails.

The full stack of Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities are intuitive to use, work incredibly well together, and make daily tasks simple to complete.

I guess the cost is on the high side, but you get a lot of bang for your buck, and Microsoft are pouring Research and Development into the suite of products and capabilities at a rate of knots, so the investment is worthwhile on balance.

Professional Use: Office 365 is the best Office to-date. Office 365 allows users an all inclusive experience with its intelligent available app integrations. Teams has been an integral tool with nearly all users working from home. Teams allows for communication and collaboration between users and clients. I like that the software is automatically updated and not necessary added in the Windows updates.

Personal Use: I've had an Office 365 for over 3 years. I'm able to share the subscription with up-to 4 more individuals. I'm able to access all my files on the go with my mobile phone. I like that I can have critical information at my finger tips. To-date I've not experienced any degraded experience or service outage.

So far we have not ran into any minor or major issues with using Office 365. I think Microsoft has mastered the it's productivity tools for both the professional and personal user.

- Office is extremely easy to use for a new user but is powerful enough that power users (and developers) can perform amazingly complex processes using just this "simple" tool.
- The cloud based solution allows teams to securely share documents (worksheets) and have multiple users updating the document with the changes each user makes reflected to the other users in real time.
- You can perform simple actions like mail merge to take a contact list and create cards or labels; however, the tools are rich enough that a developer can use Macros and Regular Expressions to completely transform documents.
- It's easy to apply a built-in style (or create your own style for your business) so that all business correspondence is consistently formatted and looks professional.
- Outlook is the premier tool for email. I could write an entire review simply on Outlooks Junk mail handling and customized rules. If you use email, you need Outlook.
- When you have subscribed to Office 365, Office mobile is available to you as well.

- The only caveat I have for Office 365 is the monthly (or yearly) billing cycle. If I pay for 12 months of outlook, that's exactly what I get. On month 13, I'm left with no office suite unless I start paying for another month/year.
- I prefer to purchase Office 2019 (one time payment that means that I own the software although I am only entitled to updates for 1 year). It still has the ability to work with Office 365 users but isn't quite a well-suited to the cloud as it's physically installed on your laptop.

I enjoy Microsoft 365 versatility and the multitude of features it offers to its users. It is very easy to deploy online in the Microsoft Cloud and is very intuitive and easy to use by even users with zero computer literacy. Microsoft 365 Apps are stable, constantly updated via Microsoft Update, as part of the pay per user per month model. Also Microsoft offers the capability to end users to install and activate the Microsoft 365 Apps to a maximum of five (5) endpoints.

In some cases there could be incompatibilities when opening and editing a document or spreadsheet which was created in Libre Office or Open Office. Also there can be incompatibilities when opening an old version of MS Word, Excel or Access files, which were created in previous versions of MS Office.

With Office 365, I feel like Microsoft Office has caught up to modern technology in business. Office 365 installs quickly, offers a wide selection of tools, and integrates well across the product line. OneDrive has changed the way that I store important work file on my computer. Knowing there is an online backup is reassuring. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are what you expect, but with the subscription model you have the comfort of knowing you have the very latest version of each program as it is updated. The online portal also gives you access to the programs from remote locations, making working from home a breeze. I also like that Microsoft is using Office 365 as an umbrella of sorts for their business products. Seeing SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams, and Yammer in the same portal of Office gives the perception that they are all part of one product family.

By using portal.office.com, you can see a nice dashboard of all the 365 service/apps that you have access to. However, even if an admin has limited your use of an app, it still shows on the site. For example... Microsoft Teams seems like a great tool. However, to get full use out of it, you need to have a group created to form the team. If an admin had prohibited you from creating a group, you still see MS Teams even though you cant use its main functionality.

I have worked with both OneDrive as part of Office 365 and Google Apps for Business. Both storage solutions offered by Microsoft and Google sync great and are accessible through a desktop app, web browser, and mobile device. However, it is so much easier to share with Google Drive/Docs. We constantly run into permission issues with OneDrive sharing.

The obvious con is that Microsoft could make the Office suite better... always. I dont know if we will ever stop complaining about features and functions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. However, they are the standard in business for now... Google Suite and some other tools are creeping in.

Office 365 was a powerful move to the cloud and leveraged the familiarity of the Office Suite with the connectivity and enabling of collaboration on the cloud. At first, the cloud versions of familiar software was rough around the edges and missing a lot of the functionality that people knew in the desktop versions, even if they didn't use them regularly (or ever). Over time, Office 365 has steadily improved its various offerings, added more feature parity between the desktop and online versions and begun to integrate more seamlessly with workflows for a variety of people. With some vision of what "work" looks like outside of generating letter-size pieces of paper with text and images on it, the variety of tools surrounding the classic presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet software have introduced new methods for communicating and creating content together.

Sometimes the level of options can be overwhelming. Even with a fair amount of experience, it can be tricky to stay on top of changes or know all the ins and outs. The rapidity with which they address fixing problems is also applied often to perceived problems and that can lead to feeling like the documentation is always out of date or non-applicable and no one knows the right or simple answer to things.

Ofice 365 with all applications I like to use. Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Yammer and other applications, the company I work with my work in my private life. I can handle all my important work.
Ofice 365 can be operated mobile and fixed anywhere without interruption, with the ability to work independently from the device and work with similar interfaces on every device. All plans are compatible with Office 2007, Office 2008 for Mac, Office 2010, and Office 2011 for Mac.
I've been doing all my correspondence with Ms office word for years. I've used all software versions of ms office to date. I'm a 20-year-old ms office user. I never thought about using any other software.
I do all the presentations with Powerpoint for years. I've never seen a better software than that. I get excellent and professional results.
Because ms office is extremely common and good software marketing; I always had good support in technical understanding. I improved myself by easily accessing training documents and videos.

The only dislike is the charge part. In recent years, hikes have increased.
Besides, the good thing about office 365 is that it is free for students. Maybe we think it might be a bit too affordable in professional users.

Accessibility is the biggest asset of Office 365 for the user. The ability to use a computer as a platform to reach the cloud allows for interchangeability and access from anywhere. Having less desktop applications has allowed me to cycle through our corporate computers seamlessly as no data is actually stored in my hard drive (3 computers 3 years.) The mail app also runs smoother in the web browser when you are sharing calendars. This function used to consistently crash our computers when sharing a calendar on the Outlook Desktop Application.

Overall, I like Office 365 much less than I like my Windows Desktop Application Suite. Specifically, there is less functionality in the web based apps. I like several windows open in Outlook which is easier accomplished within the desktop app. I also do a lot of work without access to WiFi. Desktop Apps allow you to at least create content which can then be shared upon access to internet. Our office internet is also very slow and unreliable. We try and reduce the amount of reliance on web pages. I think it will be hard to ever have the full functionality that a desktop app has, but this is a good temporary solution to access your email or word docs on the move.

Pricing - Office 365 is now subscription based. You used to be able to buy a license and only pay again when you wanted to upgrade. Now you get constant upgrades, but this comes at a cost.

For a modest monthly payment of $9.99 or an annual payment of $99.00, Microsoft Office 365 gives you a number of useful programs. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook. MicrosoftAccess (PC only) and MicrosoftPublisher (PC only).

In addition you get two great services: OneDrive and Skype. In addition, Microsoft Office 365 runs on: Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS!

Our main use of Microsoft Office 365 consists of Word and Excel. We use Word to write and format the books we publish and Excel is what we use for our financial planning and job progress.

In addition, Word gives us the powerful feature in that we can offer it free of charge to our clients in an offline environment. This way we can show our clients in real-time the progress we are making on their book, enabling them to participate in the project.

We are now strongly considering using Outlook to manage and organize our emails. This is the flexibility that Microsoft Office 365 provides. Should we need another application, Microsoft Office 365 has it ready for us.

As for Microsoft Office 365 services, we have been using money-saving Skype for years.

Just about any application or service you will ever need is waiting for you in Microsoft Office 365!

For us we see no Microsoft Office 365 applications or services that does not have the features we require.

Yes, there is a bit of a learning curve involved with the applications we use, Word and Excel. However, all the necessary information on how to use its applications is an integral part of Microsoft Office 365.

Now, pretty much everyone uses Office Suite for managing their education, personal life, and work life. I am no different. Office 365 is awesome for a number of reasons:
1. Updates - you're always working with the newest versions that have been developed. AND you can work with versions that are still being tested, if you want. How cool is that? Your testing feedback can help to improve or shape software in the future. As a frequent user, that is really important and valuable to me because I want my software to make my life easier, not more difficult.
2. Instant Access, Anywhere - Of course I have Office Suite downloaded to my laptop, so I am able to take it with me wherever I go in that way. But what if my laptop dies, or I leave it at home? No problem! I can work from anywhere because I can log into my account and work. How cool is that? My only constraint is remembering my password.
3. Office is the gold standard for word processing and email management. It's easy to use and easy to love because it's recognizable, simple, and intuitive.
4. I also manage the Office 365 accounts for many members of my team, and being able to access everything in one "portal" via a web browser is just priceless. It means I can change passwords, set out of office responses, and more, easily. No more having to have someone's computer or networked server. It's been a lifesaver in that way, for sure.

I do have a bit of a gripe with Office 365 - the Mac applications are just not quite as robust as the PC applications (which I suppose makes sense, since Microsoft is so invested in PCs). That said, though, I would love to see equal functionality across platforms. I work in a Mac office, and never get quite the same experience. Most training modules are made for PC, most pros in my field use PC, and most tutorials are for PC. That means I have some trouble learning specific skills, which sucks.
Beyond that, the only other gripe is a lifestyle issue - when you have 24-7 access to everything, the lines between work and life can blur. Now, that's not Office 365's fault, but it's important to recognize that everyone needs a break and having constant access isn't for everyone.
Additionally, I am not a great lover of the subscription model. I am not sure why, but like many old men (I am not an old man, but it's a good analogy), I have a hard time letting go of the "pay once and own it" ideology. I've managed to suck it up, though, and made the switch, and it's getting easier by the day to recognize the value of the subscription.

The suite's extensive customizability enables users to tailor their workflow and experience to their own requirements. Additionally, the suite is made to function flawlessly on a variety of devices, encouraging accessibility and teamwork. Overall, Microsoft 365 provides a full range of tools that are strong and simple to use, making it an excellent choice for increasing productivity.

Since Microsoft 365 has so many features and customization choices, some users might find it confusing or overwhelming. I can't speak from personal experience or perspective. It will take some time to completely comprehend and take advantage of the suite's features, and some users may find it challenging to navigate its various programs and tools. Additionally, the suite might need a membership, which not all users may be able to afford.To help users get the most of the suite, Microsoft does provide a wealth of documentation and support materials, including online tutorials and forums. Additionally, the suite is constantly improving and adding new capabilities, so it is possible that these difficulties will be solved.

You get office online (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, onenote, etc) which is great since you can access it from any device at any time. is not taking too much resources and it has most necessary features.

few months ago we had a presentation from microsoft here in Cyprus. and i told them that there are two features that they could make their product better. a couple of months later they have implemented the one. they are open to new ideas, and they can respond

there are a lot of changes something that makes things difficult. for example one of my users made a critical error yesterday (he shared a confidential folder with everybody) an he got panic because he couldnt find where the stop sharing option is from the new interface. we had to switch back to the classic view to find the mistake.
the mobile admin application which is great perhaps it can be expand to add additional tools. is very handy and practical.
i think that there is a tool for online appointments which is only available to the premium business clients. i think that this is a small tool and that it should be made available to the standard and school users as well

Microsoft 365 offers a variety of platforms ranging from Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel. These are just a few of the platforms that I use almost daily for my job. I love how Microsoft 365 allows the consumer to easily identify which platform they would like to use with a tool bar on the left side. It is very similar to choosing an app on your phone with icons that signify the platform that you would like the utilize. In addition, I also love that they have little features such as Calendar and Task/To-Do. My co-workers and I utilize the Calendar feature to make sure that we know who is on holiday and when to schedule meetings. For the Task/To-Do feature, I like that I am able to type what needs to be done and it will show up on the sidebar. It also allows you to check off the list once something is done, which is cool and neat feature! The software also rarely glitches which is a huge plus, especially during the pandemic. Microsoft 365 allows all my co-workers and I to work efficiently and in an organized manner, which is important in any office and virtual setting.

If there was a critique I would make about the software, it would be on the Task/To-Do feature. There isn't really an option to mark if it is of high importance or put a due date with a reminder to remind you of the task. Often times, when I do put something (luckily not high importance), I forget and did not realize until I utilize it to input another task. It would be nice to be able to get a reminder, similar to the meeting reminders.
