For task management it's FREE, it's easy to set up, it's easy to use.

There are many features that I haven't had the chance to use because it would require me to take some time to review it, test, and implement with the team.

First that it has a free version to try and understand before buy it.
Secondo, the fact that is a really good SaaS software, in just a minute you can deploy a CRM :)

It's fair to say that in its free version it still has enough usable features.

The usability, the layout and graphics settings and, in general, the user experience that requires a very long learning curve. The entire platform system (colors, positions, fonts, notifications...) is baroque and the functions are not at all intuitive.

Surely it's full of features, basically anything a CRM can have.

Its price and assistance are very bad. It is very costly if you really want to use all of its feature and if you have just a simple problem and need to get in touch with the support team, it can be awful. Design can be better too.

So simple and collect all the tools for managing your leads together

I liked that it had a lot of features to offer. We considered this product for a client of ours after they brought it to our attention. Doing integrations was painful as a lot of bugs happened in this system

It's very user-friendly, but the design made it difficult for our client's employees to work on it and we had to bring in a Bitrix expert to do continuous training for them.

Bitrix24 has a wide array of features which allows me to save time since I do not need to keep integrating with external apps.
Instant messaging and live chat are the key features which I like using.

Bitrix24 has nothing that I dislike since it facilitates all the capabilities that I need.

The chat features. Being able to communicate with employees easily and effectively and all together at once. Also, being able to track and watch the progress of my employees able me to help motivate and give the employees that needed a little extra attention got the attention they needed.

Performance issues sometimes and issues when trying to use the mobile app.

Availability of an extended range of features in one place is what I like most about Bitrix24.

Tracking time on projects is automated which saves time for 24.7.

Bitrix24 barely offend me when using it to send messages and manage projects.

The disadvantage of this tool is that it is not so well known in the market, and therefore it is not widely used. So they don't know its many benefits.

Very comprehensive CRM with a lot of features included.

A bit too clunky and complex for my taste.

I work with another administrator on alternate days, the Kannan boards allow us to track what each of us have done and the progress of particular projects. It's very visual and I really like the way that each separate project has a brief overview along with a number showing on the main kanban screen, so I can quickly see if activity has occurred on a particular project if the number has changed.
Really useful for teams who are all interacting together.

It took a little practice to get it working the way we wanted to, however, support we good, plenty of advice and we've got it working for us now.

The robust offering it provides is more than sufficient

Their free tier is amazing, and I really like the idea of being and expended CRM, Intranet and more. Bitrix24 is its own category, and I haven't found a similar tool covering so many bases.

By having so many features, it can be confusing at times. It will take some time to take full advantage of what Bitrix24 has to offer.
