It is efficient and can keep track of important details

I do not find the interface to be very user-friendly

Menu/interface is streamlined and graphically pleasing.

Sub-menus, like hotel itemization are inflexible and sometimes difficult to reconcile with currency conversions/international reservations/receipts.

Intuitive design, clean screens, and easy to navigate. Also i like the switching between user feature when delegations are set up, and the mobile App.

find at times it can lag to make the changes i input. Also, mobile app has a limitation where you cannot select the attendee status "travelling/not travelling" so only simple coding possible via app and nothing to do with entertainment or travel.

It’s just an idea because it has been extremely unreliable, deletes data and will stop tracking without notification which is the overall purpose.

Makes travelers abode buy rules. If a traveler is out of policy they need to have reason. Depending on companies rules travel will be approved on not. It really depends on what companies wants to enforce.

From years of using, like anything, a traveler can manipulate it. If they lower the window of hours it will make they within policy, even though they aren’t.

I like the ease of filing expense reports in general, as well as the mobile app. The ability to take photos of receipts in the moment, using the app helps with peace of mind as to not lose them.

The only feedback I would say as a Con, would have to be the ability in the mobile app to upload a receipt that is a PDF. There may be a way to do it, but it appears to only allow image files, such as .jpg

With the claiming of VAT fuel it can struggle to fully understand if you have claimed back enough over multiple receipts. It often wants it to be done over just one.

I like how easy SAP Concur integrates into my everyday life. I do not have to think about it for expenses. Take a picture of the receipt, create the expense and submit at the end of the month. No more piles of receipts.

Since I work primarily from my mobile devise some of the little thumb nails of the receipt images are a bit small and can be hard to see.

I use SAP Concur on my mobile phone to manage expenses such as travel and spend which enhance compliance and eradicate fraud.

I only dislike that SAP Concur lack robust capabilities for global enterprise expense management.
