The only thing that I think could be improved they are already working on.

It's easy to use for customization it's also a complete form software it's easy to understand and implement

The customer service is not friendly at all they don't care about their customer

I started using Formaloo a long time ago as an alternative to jotform form builder and liked it from the start. But Formaloo does give a lot more opportunities than that including CRM system. I also set up an Eisenhower kind of matrix for open to dos.

In the beginning I missed that I could not import my complete forms from jotform. But now I created even better ones.

It is super easy to set up a survey or questionaire. Even apps for data management can be build with it.

Adapting a form to a different layout than the predefined one is way to complicated and insufficient. Also, the output of gathered data should be customizable.

Love that I can create any forms very easily and quickly. Great software to deploy surveys and record stats and even publish those stats through an "app" using their software on your own website or elsewhere.

The logic and scoring is glitchy, I've had a few forms that have been glitchy and hard to solve even with customer support and its taken weeks to figure it out. Note, one of these forms is very advanced and has taken months and months is still unresolved. The other form is more basic quiz with small error but still not fixed after 3 weeksish.

What I liked the most about Formaloo is it's easy iteration management, creation of forms and web/mobile app creation tools...very efficient and user friendly

Dynamic app creation and iteration management can still be better but overall its an amazing product

Very easy to use, beautiful forms that are easily customisable with my branding. I love that I can easily embed the forms on my course platform to collect and collate client feedback. They are very simple to setup and I like that the person filling out the form also gets a copy of their testimonial.

I was a bit overwhelmed at first about where to start, but the training videos are very helpful.

The layout is easy and hassle free. Incredibly easy to use interface is a boon.

Price point could be worked upon for better customer reach

It noncode development. Highly customizable. User havd to be crearive to extract full juice from it. Traditional forms can be built in creative way. Advantage is lower cost

The form builder really does have every feature you need to set up forms to collect all the data you need in way that is unique to whatever you're using it for. I also really like the the ability to customize not only the form, but also the branding of the forms with your own domains and / or cname.I also like the fact that they put out ideas for you on their YouTube channel, to use their product in ways that you may not have thought of.

The dashboard and UI are somewhat difficult to use, though once you get used to where all the features and controls are located, it's not that big of a deal.

You can have branded forms, buttons, different success messages, SMTP mails, logic, calculator, CNAME, You name it. Also, create portals with logins, not just forms. You can create contact forms, quizzes, games and more. Also, their built-in anti spam services make it a great overall product!

The UXUI is not great dn sometimes difficult to use or go back or click on some sections. They mad improvements over the last year so I know they are working on this.

I bought it in an LTD and so far just used as a form builder and survey tools. It is easy to use and comes with many templates. Also, the customer support was very attentive and answered me quickly when I needed.They are improving and implementing new features constantly, which I think is very good.I soon will try other features they provide, like database and no-code apps.

It could have a better interface as well the form's design could be better. Also, the customizable options could be better. For example: it could have more images positions to stylish the form, the buttons could look better, the form header could be nicer, etc.

Many templates to get started from with various use cases. The customer support is excellent. They respond right away and answer all your questions. They even send you video responses to show you how to fix whatever issue you are having and even offer different solutions.

There are still some bugs that need to be addressed but as soon as you contact support about the bug, they address it right away.

The provided templates are great to get you started and give you ideas on how to structure a quiz. The set of usable user input controls is very rich

Providing a set of icons/cliparts to be directly insertable (esp. for quiz/survey) would be a very nice addition. Other than that, a few more font types would be nice, but that's a very minor thing.

It’s a good alternative for other platforms such as Typeform. I liked the customization options available.

I didn’t find it as intuitive as Typeform or Mailchimp. Will stay with these other options for the time being.

I run a project for a charity. We have a need to generate various forms requiring various levels of functionality. In the past we used Google forms and Microsoft Forms. They were useful but had limited functionality and levels of customisation. Formaoloo gave us all that we were missing and more.

Difficult to say but probably would have liked the quiz customisation to be a bit easier. Also had some issues amending forms on my mobile phone.

The features that make sense are that Formaloo is exceptionally flexible and can be used in multiple ways like creating a CRM, form, survey, app, client portal, course platform, membership platform, etc.

It has a few glitches but no worries as the team can fix those easily

We've tried a lot of other form software and this one is the best, don't look elsewhere. It has high-end templates and looks great for the user experience.

None - this does everything we need for our clients.

I have some old website where my hand-made forms were not working anymore. Formaloo helped me to change those forms by new ones in a few minutes only. So simple and so quick!

Very easy to install but very powerful at the same time. The price also was no-brainer.

From surveys to feedback forms, we use Formaloo daily for the business! It's so intuitive and easy to use.

The design and look of the forms could do with a bit of a refresh
