I love this software but one thing xero can improve which is some time its buffering

It has an active customer support team. It is an easy to use software and it has a user-friendly interface. It is a simple platform to use. It is an all-in-one platform that I use to manage my financial payment solutions.

It has nothing that seems to be wrong with Xero.

The app allows you to upload receipts so easily

Unable to automate sending reports to senior management. This is a real pain, I have to manual send regular reports to people which is time consuming.

Xero is a reliable accounting tool which I use to automate major repetitive accounting tasks mainly invoicing, inventory control and billing.

Ever since I implemented Xero, I have never experienced any daunting aspect.

Xero has made my financial solutions easy. Xero is a first to understand platform for even beginners. Xero also has extensive ecosystem of connected apps and this makes things more smooth.

No issues with this platform at all for it's amazing.

There are so many incredible features from the short term cash summary, we import our budget into Xero and then monitor it on a monthly basis with the budget variance tool being incredible. We create all POs in Xero so that everyone in the business spending money ensures that finance are aware. Then we send out quotes for existing customers via Xero quoting too.

The reporting imo is limited. I would love to have more SAS focused reporting where I can look at my invoices and track what is MRR, what is expansion revenue and then create reports to track them - rather than having to use other software to do this.

It is simple to use and has all the core functionality that you need.

We are expanding globally, and Xero does not deal well with that. We have had to licence localised versions of Xero that we need to then manually consolidate. I am aware the Xero marketplace does offer some solutions, but there are also all in one solutions available where you deal with a single vendor.

I like it’s ease of tracking financial and for sending invoices.
It easily imports transactions.

It is powerful in accounting services, nothing that I dislike towards it.

There are a few client contacts that I have trouble finding. When Updates happen it changes the way things are used, this can be a little frustrating to pivot of processes.

Simplicity and ease of use. You don't have to be a qualified accountant to be able to use it, but if you are, the whole system is very helpful and you can automate so much!

The support takes time to get your ticket answered but when it is, any follow-ups are quick.

Xero has mobile applications which I have installed on my iOS device and allows me to carry out accounting tasks on the go over the internet.

However, some features are missing on the mobile application and are available on cloud apps.

I give thumbs up to the fact that Xero has a super easy to use mobile application which has all features available on cloud apps.
I mainly use it to draft, create, customize and send invoices automatically to vendors.

For nearly three years now, I have not come across any overwhelming aspect on Xero.

The affordability compared to other Accounting platforms.Pretty easy to use and implementing existing data is straightforward.I also like that all our accounting information is in one place.

Automation of repetitive accounting tasks saves time.

The vendor has worked hard ever since 2019 to eradicate any bug that may arise.

Integration with other software packages such as WorkflowMax and Rapport3, the number of reports available, easy bank reconciliation and automatic bank account syncing.

It takes a working day to pull through bank account data. This is an understandable limitation, but I'd love to see Xero create a way around it one day. Waiting a day to see if payments have come in is a pain, especially over the weekend.
