The ability to create databases quickly to store informations instead of using Excel for example.

Notion is EXTREMELY slow if you are using it to store a lot of data like 2000+ pages

The support, it is very very very VERY difficult to get some one AND it is EXTREMELY difficult to report a bug.

Each time we report a bug or something like this, the support is like a robot, they ask ALWAYS the same questions like "What is your device please?" even if I precise it before and I say it is the same issue on each device

Notion is the superior notes taking app. A few of my favorite features are the ability to organize withing projects and tasks, the ability to have different kind of notes (one type for personal notes, and another to track tasks), the ability to publish notes to the web without needing a specific domain, and the ability to share notes with others on your team and have them update easily.

Notion does take a little while to learn, but once you understand how the system works, it's excellent. I use it for my personal notes as well as project tracking with my team.

Lack of offline mode is an issue. This makes its difficult to use notion in remote areas with no internet connection.

We use Notion for its ability to manage a range of design information types. Conversely, it mixes text and images with databases in a unified workspace that supports our desire for a common information repository.

Regarding the visualization of data, the features of table views are known to support only a few formats. The lack of a developed asset library means that it is necessary to integrate with external storage systems.

Notion is such a versatile and powerful tool! I use it extensively for collaboration and planning at work and in my personal life. The UI is incredibly intuitive, so even though there's so much you can do in the app, it's never overwhelming or difficult to figure out how to achieve the outcome you're looking for.

Notion is a very flexible tool, so it's really helpful if you come into a project with an idea of what you want your end result to be. Without that initial "vision," I had some trouble fully communicating the app's capabilities and scope to my colleagues.

Notion is a tool incredibly easy to use (thanks to its intuitive interface). Everything is clear and easy to grasp, even for beginners. It’s a true all-in-one tool, allowing for note-taking, task management, and project organization in one place. The standout feature compared to competitors is its flexible databases, which let you organize information however you like.

The main flaw of Notion is that there is no offline mode. Additionally, while it's simple for basic tasks, it can take some time to master its more advanced features, especially around databases.

I like that Notion is highly customizable. It can be both a project management tool and a database. You can create any type of field and enter the relevant information. You can add as much or as little information as you want. Therefore, you can use it to keep research notes organized and plan the project in the same app. Thus, it is much more versatile than straight forward project management tools.

The app is a bit buggy and resource intensive. Often it will cause my iPad Pro to have a meltdown and I have to shut down to get it to work again.

Notion is very flexible. I have created separate pages for my timetable, task management, and coding projects. Customizable templates made it easy to set up a weekly schedule or a Kanban board to track my project progress. The ability to link pages means that I can keep all relevant information—like assignment deadlines and project resources—just a click away.

For event planning, like attending or organizing fests, Notion's calendar view is invaluable. It lets me track deadlines, add details of events, and even embed media like posters or schedules for easy reference.

Its mobile app ensures I can access my tasks on the go, while the collaboration feature allows me to share notes or project updates with peers. The interface is sleek, and its drag-and-drop functionality makes organizing tasks almost fun.

Notion has made a slight learning curve worth it for transforming my workload; it balances academics with coding and fun. It is a must-have for students!

The biggest challenge faced as a student in steep learning curve is that it is extremely flexible, but you actually have to get to know how to customize it for what you want, be it timetable management or tracking assignments-you find it really frustrating trying to get through features of it and understanding how you can set up an efficient system when you are managing pretty busy student life.

Another drawback is its limited offline functionality. Not being able to access or update my notes or schedules without an internet connection can be inconvenient, especially during commutes or when Wi-Fi isn’t available.

Besides, Notion sometimes lags and especially slows down when working with large databases or pages filled with content, which hinders the workflow of doing fast updates before a class or an event. Despite all that, once it is installed, Notion is such a powerful app and effort to make.

Notion makes organizing and note taking far easier than other current options. Being able to organize pages into databases and tables means I can manage my work load as a type of list with all the notes on each piece of work contained in a page tied to that list. The elements such as code blocks also make adding reference notes so much easier to come back to and use in future. It keeps me very organized. As a non-enterprise user the options are still endless and provides a good case to bring others on board as a collaborative tool - especially when it comes to sharing process documentation.

Unless it's changed, there were some promising options of integrating with mail calendars but it didn't look like this was suitable for work mail / Office 365.

I work in a creative field and I like being able to keep all of my writing and project notes in one area. I like the ability to write in markdown so I can keep headings, text, lists and everything else in the document and quickly write it without having to go search through menus for the correct selection. I've used a little bit of the project management functionality as well and that can be convenient to stay within the same platform rather than switching back and forth.

The project management tools are ok but not as straightforward as I would like. Other PM tools like Monday.com, Asana or Clickup have more robust project management capabilities and I've found myself drifting back to them rather than spend the time to learn how to build out Notion to fit what I want it to do.

I get the philosophy of Notion is that you can build it to do whatever you need it to do but I don't really have time for that. Nor do I have the desire to learn how to build those systems within Notion. I just need something that works so I can get my work done more efficiently. It's sometimes easier to go find a pre-built tool than figure out how to modify one in Notion.

What i loved most about Notions is that it has numerous templates that enhances a persons productivity. From lifestyle templates that include journals, habit trackers, personal finance, travel planners and To-Do lists without having to create one from scratch. Additionally, the software is simple to use at it has drag and drop features that helps in organizing content, notes and lists easily. Furthermore, Notion integrates easily with a variety of other software's as well such as google drive and slack.

I loved everything about the software as it meets all my needs. By having offering free and paid subscriptions the software doesn't discriminate anybody based on finances and you can just start using it for free.

Notion provides us with the ability to generate and sort different types of material, from simple notes to complex databases, wikis, work lists and more. This versatility gives us the possibility to conceive our own designs and procedures to suit our particular needs. It offers a variety of customization possibilities, such as templates, transformation tools and integration with different apps. It gives us the opportunity to customize the software according to the needs and work procedures. It supports collaboration among staff members, allowing all staff members to collaborate and work on documents live and in real time. This feature is particularly interesting for remote employees who need to collaborate in different time zones.

Notion's text editor offers a number of presentation possibilities, however, I think there may be a limitation in terms of customization. Notion does not have strong automation features like other knowledge management tools. This may be a difficulty for users who require quite a bit of automation to shorten their work cycles and decrease hand work.
