Als je het de eerste keer gebruikt wordt je erg in het diepe gegooid ivm met de video- en audio instellingen

Really great app for video conferencing. I have used it for online live video lectures from college/school teachers, and this was the preferred app. It is very simple to set-up, has the ability to screen share, and even works okayish when you have internet problems. So it checks all boxes for a VC app, plus giving us extra features.

I don't have any con for this, even the free version is more than enough for the online live classes.

I like how the product streamlines team communication and even collaboration.
It has greatly improved team productivity.

Zoom Workplace is fine for meetings though screen sharing a recording and getting the audio to work properly involves a few steps which can be frustrating.

Zoom has the WORST support I have ever experienced on a software app. I had a problem with setting up our Zoom phone on a monthly plan as it was only giving me the annual plan and it took over a MONTH for them to figure it out. Then their response was, sorry for the problem you encountered and that was it! Now, I'm on another support issue and it's been a week and the person who responded to my request didn't even READ what I was asking for help with and they just submitted an automatic reply. Terrible, terrible customer support!

It works! I still don't understand how Zoom overtook Skype, but hey, here we are.

Scheduling management is a little bit annoying. Contacts from my phone don't merge seamlessly.

The ability to see multiple people at once and quality of video

The visibility on mobile devices and frustrating

I like how it integrates with google calendar, Gmail etc

Sometimes it takes longer to load when you open the program
