Het belangrijkste voordeel van Microsoft Teams is dat het ons de mogelijkheid geeft deels op afstand te werken en toch met elkaar in contact te blijven.

Ik ervaar geen nadelen van Microsoft Teams

Teams is bij ons essentieel voor vergaderen, schermen delen en het delen van documenten. Ook wordt het gebruikt voor de chatfunctie. Documenten synchroniseer ik met mijn desktop waardoor ik altijd makkelijk kan werken in de juiste versie.

De enige problemen die ik heb gehad was toen ik online lessen gaf en breakout rooms moest maken. Echter bleek dit met de capaciteit van mijn laptop te maken te hebben, dus dat is wel iets om te checken.

Het is een makkelijke tool waar je afspraken kan inplannen, videobellen, audio gesprekken, chatten en je scherm kan delen. Ook kan je via deze tool gemakkelijk in jira of je eigen kanban board in teams bouwen

Deze heb ik tot op heden nog niet kunnen ontdekken.

teams is een uitstekend programma om samen te werken met collega's. denk hierbij aan het delen van informatie, samenwerken in kanalen, vergaderen, chatten etc

oppassen dat je niet in te veel kanalen actief bent. hier is echter een functie voor om je deelname aan kanalen te dempen waardoor je niet telkens meldingen krijgt.

De integratie van Teams met andere applicaties van Microsoft.

Weer een kanaal erbij met berichten. Bij ons in het bedrijf is Teams gekoppeld aan de telefooncentrale. Hierbij gaat het doorverbinden nog steeds niet zo soepel als vroeger met een traditionele telefooncentrale.

De vele mogelijkheden die dit programma biedt en de snelheid waarmee de informatie wordt verwerkt is top. Altijd en overal toegang is daarnaast essentieel

Soms is de kwaliteit voor het bellen iets minder

Fijn te gebruiken als je abonnement hebt en voor online afspraken.

Je moet een account hebben bij Microsoft om het te gebruiken, anders kost het ontzettend veel tijd en is het niet makkelijk te gebruiken.

The options while using MS Teams are the best when used in a MS environment

When used in a non Microsoft organizations the features are basic with limited search capability

Generally speaking, Teams is a great collaborative platform, offering all tools and features you need in order to work with fellow colleagues better and more efficiently.

Although Teams has everything needed to be a great collaborative platform, the layout compared to competitors in the same market, lacks and is confusing. This lets Teams down where it could be a really incredible product all round.

It is easy for using communication tool, integrated in calendar and is dominating whole market been of MSFT product family. That is popular so most people have it installed.

No fast reply windor neither in desktop nor for mobile app. Needs more sophisticated calendar to check availability not only for given time slot but to see available for every team member to consider plan of discussion. Some times it can slow down during desk top use.

I like how easy it is to add co-workers to your space and communicate with them and being able to share your work with them.

its a bit limited to the size of the document/file you can share.

We can use Microsoft Teams for team collaboration in one place. It can help a lot in remote work.

Microsoft Teams have a more complicated user interface than Google Meet.

Creating teams for projects or ongoing collaborations for conversations and documents. Can also use for online conversations and can place phone calls to colleagues from it.

The chat feature can sometimes be a bit much. Being in HR, I have several chats with colleagues and some of the people show up in a number of chat conversations. I have to be very careful about sending communications in the correct one.

It works reliably. Sound and video quality are as good as needed.

At times I've experienced issues where I could not get my mic to work (i.e. I could not unmute).

Chats functions is great. The way you can bold on external call functions from third parties by buying the additional license. The intergration with sharepoint so documents can be stored here aswell.

The way certain items are hidden behind more expensive license E.G changing the default way to open applications.

Teams makes it simply to seamlessly collaborate with colleagues in real time. Project-based chat conversations allow for us to remain in constant communication. Switching between chat and voice and video calls is also an integral part of our consultative work.

The only downside I've experienced with Teams is trouble connecting on calls across different Teams instances or when using a VPN. However, these issues have been minimal and have not affected my overall opinion.

Teams is a versatile messaging app that allows me to contact and meet with colleagues all over my region and internationally with ease. In addition to the meeting features since it is a Microsoft 365 applications its integration with the other Microsoft apps provides a huge benefit to file sharing also.

Microsoft teams is a versatile app and in my everyday usage of the app i rarely have and issues with the application with the only issue only being app setting being changed sometimes.

Most joined up collaboration tool on the market. File storage with backend on SharePoint, voice/video using evolution of Skype online, secure by design.

Microsoft have started adding premium/add-on skus.

Teams allowed our users to interact in a way not possible before, which was integral at the start of the Pandemic.

We went from users having little to no access to other users and the environment outside of work, to a full blown remote workplace.

Without Teams, we never could have completed this as fast and seamlessly. It was an integral part of the ongoing transition, even with more people back in the office more regularly.

Issues with some of the versions caused confusion amongst users.

Sometimes crashes or freezing depending on the machine.

I enjoy Microsoft Teams mostly for their well designed layout, its easy to find recent chats as well as searching key terms in the search bar to find or go to an exact message (e.g, when searching up "terms", it will look up all of the chats, messages, that have "terms"

I wish there were a way to clear the entire call log history at once. It's so frustrating to delete each call individually.

Ease of connection and integration with office suite of apps.

Occasionally the mic / camera won’t open and you have to restart the application. But this is rare and an easy fix.
