Good Day;
We have been using Connect team for a couple of years now.
To capture our staff work ours especially to review there overtime as the technicians are paid overtime as they may get called out for breakdowns at any hour and Connect Team helps us keep track of there hours and to pull there records , a spreadsheet is created every month for payroll and overtime.

I am not sure if we do use all of Connect Teams features as we mainly use it to track our staff work hours and overtime

Easy to use, soooooo many features for so little $$$

The chat feature sometimes gets hung up and needs to be reloaded to work properly (sometimes if I navigate away from a message I’d started crafting, when I come back the page is blank when I come back and takes a really long time to load again).

You can't see edits in a report or the changes from and to.

It is flexible and easy to use for admins and users

Price range within plans (double the price from middle plan to top). Unable to download pictures uploaded in the shift attachment from a single place, but instead, I need to open every shift for every employee in the time clock to view and download

The features are fantastic and the ease of use on every staff who uses it. People have different knowledge on apps and we have staff who are elderly who use it. We love Connecteam because it is so easy to use, it has powerful features, and a friendly and very responsive customer support team to assist queries for admins that use the app.

None at this stage. Because the package that we are subscribed on is basically what we need for our organisation.

I didn't like that I couldn't export to my payroll company. After only a few weeks, there was an update and that feature had been added!

If you are looking for a platform that can be your one stop shop for your employees, Connecteams seems to be the best application. From easy chats and updates to scheduling and time clock, and to top it off knowledge bases and courses. The platform is constantly upgrading and listening to their customers feedback, making it more accessible. The platform has been easy to pick up by all staff, young and old.

My only complaint about Connecteams is the issue of inconsistent notifications for when forms have been submitted or approved.

It’s easy for my team to use with lots of tutorials and great customer service! The app really does cover so many areas of communication for our business!

I’m not sure if I can put in set reoccurring availability for team members.

Publishing company events. I love being able to message & keep track of attendees coming to the events.

Nothing much yet. I like the features I've used so far.

The notifications and tones if the notifications.

There is not a way to save messages or flag the like other apps. I like thr task’s ability, but it’s a pain to use vs just “saving” pr pinning s chst like in the previous app we used. Also, if I need to message more than one person at a time, I have to create a group and name it and that really is a pain in the butt.

Connecteam was very easy to set up and onboard all of our employees. I really like the courses feature which allows me to make quick and accessible training modules for my team.

There are some features that I hope to see in the future, such as open-ended questions on quizzes.

I like how many features it has. Its not just a scheduling or chat platform, it also allws us to create courses for onboarding new staff that is personalized to our organization.

There are some features that cant be accessed on the phone app and have to be done on a computer, such as making changes to a recurring shift.

Communication is efficient and specially for sales teams

It’s perfect and I can’t thank enough the fact that everything is in the app. A lot of stuff that usually was all over the place when we were using Slack before is now organized thanks to Connecteam

all the tiers of payment. Seems like some basic items that a small business would want but can't afford aren't available. The employees and manager find it difficult to fix a "day off" that was put in in error. And I REALLY dislike that a manager doesn't have the ability to approve or disapprove days off in the basic level that I have. This feature alone may be why i don't resubscribe for another year.

The chat section is a bit kludgy. It should be easier to create and maintain groups.

Ease of access and great features. Lots of features that I find useful.

It's a bit hard to add time offs with specific time. Like for overnight shifts. If I am to file a leave from 7pm till 3 am next day it doesn't allow me. Always had to choose full day off that results to errors.

Simple effective tool to communicate with staff, and keep a schedule mobile and under control anywhere I am.

My only complaint is the optics of building a schedule on calendar view often has pop ups of other shifts that are head to navigate around. Aside from that, I really don’t have any complaints.
