Calendly removes all of problems with planning. I help people find a time that works for them. It's easy to connect to my calendar.

The features in the free version might be more adaptable and change less often.

I like it because clients love how easy it is to schedule appointments. I also like that a lot of it is automated such as the thank you emails.

There is nothing that I dislike about Calendly.

What I like the most about Calendly is how easy it is to sync all my appointments with this app. I also love that all this is accessible to me on my phone and I can managage my clients directly on my phone, which makes time management a breeze

I actually don't have any complaints about this app at the moment. I havent experienced any difficulties using it so far.

I like how easy and customizable it is to create a meeting type. I really think the email and SMS workflows set Calendly apart.

The team features did not fit our needs.

The ease of the platform setup. It was easy to navigate.

The bookings were not always accurate, or my staff could not always access the link.

What i like most is that they offer a free version.

There are some limitations in the free version that has been the only downside.

This is ULTRA easy to use. I love this so much as a compliment and great addition to the organization of my business appointments. As a small business, it is important to show up professional and provide customers a professional experience. This tool has been a wonderful tool in my small business.

The integration of use of more than one calendar for different uses of business. I would like to see where the calendars can be sent out to different customers then create a master calendar for me daily.

Calendly is very easy to use as a booking tool.

You can only create one event on the free plan.

I love how easy it is for someone to go through my pre made link to schedule a meeting at a time when I am free. I have to handle tons of meetings every week and handling all schedules can get hard but Calendly has made it easy. I just have a 30 minute meeting link that I have posted on my website and anyone who wants a meeting can directly schedule from there and I can get the meeting details. I really love this feature.

I can't think of any cons about Calendly but it would be better if the meeting scheduling page had few things for easy scheduling. Sometimes people struggle to successfully schedule a meeting because of many texts, buttons.

I love the ease of using Calendly. I can create several different options to send to my customers depending on the amount of time I want to schedule for, the dates, etc. I love it.

I did e-mail them once and never heard back from them, not sure if it was an issue on my end with my e-mail or theirs, but I figured my questions out myself.

Calendly offers a vast amount of functionalities that are essential when you want to easily let others choose time slots for a meeting straight from your calendar(s). One of the best things in Calendly is the fact that you can connect multiple calendars to it – for example I have connected our company calendar, my family calendar and my personal business calendar to it and it still works like a charm and I can be sure that no meeting will take place when I am not available, even without my oversight.

Setting up Calendly might be a bit overwhelming process. And you might get fooled a bit at the start (during the free trial period) and think that you will be able to use most of the features in the freemium version as well.

Clean,simple,and visually appealing interface

Easy to build workflow that we use to send automated reminders and reminders to clients.

Calendly has a bit of a learning curve however i am on a good footing right now.

Calendly is very easy to set up and takes no time at all to start using. I like that I can specify the times that I'm free an available for meetings. It's also helpful to be able to keep meetings from being scheduled back to back by setting buffer times for when the next meeting can start.
Adding my custom link to an email or text makes it easy for the person on the other end to schedule a meeting with me.
The integration with Outlook is also a nice feature that allows me to keep all my appointments in one place. It also provides the ability for clients to look ahead to see my schedule over the next few weeks or months.
I also like that I can send out a meeting poll that lets a group vote on the best meeting time.

I don't have many negative things to say about Calendly. The only thing that I think could be improved is that it would be nice to have the ability to set more than one kind of meeting in the free version. However, I understand that you have to keep some features for the paid version.

I wish I could implement just two separate kind calendar events at the free level. I only need two so it's not worth paying extra for, but I get that they need to make money.

I like the easy-to-use interface, and the real time updates.

Calendly is just amazing, it has really changed the way I handle my appointments.
