Tot zover geen nadelen aan deze fijne software.

dropbox is een relatief simpel te gebruiken tool om bestanden te delen binnen en buiten de organisatie. iedereen met rechten kan bestanden uploaden en delen zodat alle partijen over de laatste documenten beschikken

soms is het even zoeken als er nieuwe documenten zijn geüpload.

Het is heel erg handig , kan heel goed dingen versturen

Sometimes there are sync problems which result in slowing down the work.

The synchronization of the documents is very beneficial because they are always available, whether it is a laptop or a phone

I sue this daily and all my work is run off the service. It works perfect and never have any hiccups

Dropbox business enables easy sharing and synchronization of files across many devices which is great; it also integrates with popular tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom amongst others.

I'm not a techy person but the security measures are supposedly top notch.
They use advanced encryption which is essential these days.

In case of device loss or theft, you can remotely delete Dropbox data from anywhere.

They offer flexible storage plans based on your specific ussage.

You can access all files without taking up local storage space, as files are stored in the cloud until needed

Some of their competitors may offer a cheaper product but in my humble opinion, you get what you pay for!

The ability to share files with out of the organization individuals is very easy and very convenient. Requesting files from out of the organization individuals is a pretty seamless process too.

The least thing I like about Dropbox Business is not having the ability to nuke all shares. There should be a way to disable or delete all shares from a top folder level. On the same side of the coin, there should be an area as an admin to see ALL shares across the organization.

It's very easy to use, with clear instructions and commands

It can glitch on occasion, making it difficult to download with a simple gesture, like it should.

The price of Dropbox for business was not on par with the value added.
