The Simplicity and prompt customer care.

Need deeper level of customizability in emails

Intuitive interface and this was the only thing.

Support. They have blocked my account out of nowhere and were not willing to unlock it when I have provided them proof that I did nothing wrong. They also charged me for a plan before the suspension and did not return the money

No complains, keep on improving the quality of the products

It is very intuitive and easy to use. I have used some of the other major products in this space and have found some of them quite clunky and hard to use.

I would like it to be possible to send a test email to more than one email address.

It is easy to use and there is great support on the back end. It's also more reasonably priced than other email marketing sites.

I don't really have anything negative to say.

Wow! I have been working with BlueHost for the better part of the last year fussing to get my domain authenticated but each time I reach out, I'm told the issue is resolved when it's not. When MailerLite finally stopped allowing me to send campaigns due to not being authenticated, I reached out to support and they were able to do in 20 minutes what Bluehost failed to do after a year. My guy was so amazing and friendly. He put a smile on my face when I was on the verge of tears. 10/10! Keep up the great work!

I have played with importing/exporting lists of email addresses from spreadsheets and so far have been unsuccessful. Haven't looked into finding any tutorials or troubleshooting for this issue, but if such does not exist, I would love to see that change so I can use this feature more regularly.

They offer inclusive free plans, which have tons of options, and mailer lite is HELPING US GROW! As a busy family the option to complete my campaigns and send them at a later time allows me to conveniently work on growing our business without compromising time away from my little ones. Plus, they have kind customer service. Thank you MailerLite for giving small businesses like us a chance!

I would like more features, but that will come as we grow and can pay for a paid plan.

I like the templates I can create for various email functions like welcoming and inviting subscribers.

Trying to integrate it with WordPress was an ordeal. Why was I required to know how to set up DNS records and all of that tech stuff? But the Customer service via chat was able to resolve issues.

Love how easy it is to set up email campaigns, track engaged users, and create landing pages. I was really able to customize everything to my business branding.

Very few cons. One is the pricing. I think it is very akin to other email management providers, just wish it was cheaper. I wish you could track the origin of clicks to a landing page - that would be fabulous. Instead, I used Milkshake for that.

It is affordable. You don't have to pay too much until you grow up.

Contact management. In order to make changes you have to enter one by one, edit, exit again, then enter the next one. You can't do it like in Mailchimp, where once you enter a contact you can go from one to another by simply moving forward.

The cost is lower than many other services.

My opening rate went down so I had to switch back to another service.

As a small business that simply needs a website, a couple of landing pages and the ability to send a weekly newsletter out to its customers, MailerLite is exactly what we need! The software is user-friendly and offers plenty of options to design campaigns and pages that feel customized, attractive and professional for our customers. As someone with no background in computers or web design, I have been very impressed with how easy it has been to use MailerLite. On top of that, the customer support is excellent! I recently ran into an issue where my newsletters "soft bounced" with all of the customers on our distribution list who had a certain email domain (I noticed this while reviewing the very helpful reports that MailerLite generates every time I send a campaign). I submitted a request for support and received a reply 2 days later to say that MailerLite had looked into it, followed up with the email provider in question and the problem had been resolved! For a small business on a tight budget, I really don't think that you can beat the quality of this product or the service provided! Would highly recommend.

To be honest, I am having a hard time thinking of what I don't like about MailerLite. I suppose it would be nice to have support available by phone but, given the price I am paying, I really couldn't expect that. And besides, the tech support by email has been excellent and met all of my support needs so far!

Easy to set up and friendly UI and user experience

Maybe plans. It is affordable but for similar monthly plan, I preferred to stay with MailChimp
