ADP Workforce Now reviews

My experience has been positive. I've been able to immediately tell when important events are coming up regarding payment and there's even a method to report for time off which is neat and can be done ahead of time to help plan vacation days!

I would say overall, it has been an okay experience. We have had a few issues.

Overall, their set up and systems are very good. Once your reporting is set, it is simple to get the information you need. It can be a challenge to get the information you need.

Overall there is a reason ADP is by far the largest provider of private payrolls in the United States. The product is great, and they operate more in a partnership with account managers, and support staff to assist HR, Payroll, and Operations teams within an organization. Employees are happy with the interface.

It's a wonderful experience. I can do everything I need to do regarding pay, insurance info, and time off.

Overall, ADP Workforce Now is one of the better systems I have worked with due to its advanced capabilities, great for larger organizations.

My employer has used ADP in several levels. Our former firm used ADP in a more simplistic form, and then merged with another, larger firm in 2020 who also used ADP in a more enhanced interface. ADP Workforce Now is one of the many reasons I appreciate our merger; I can see at any time a variety of information.

This is my work timesheet, able to schedule a time off, great to keep time in and out.

My past two jobs have used ADP Workforce Now. I love that I can pull up so many details about my job, benefits, tasks, and resources. If I need to look at a paystub- it's there. If I have a question about work policies or paid holidays- it's all there. We just recently started using them for our retirement plans as well and it's great that I can literally go to 1 website for it all. I never have to wonder about my time off balances, benefits, upcoming enrollments, or many other things.

ADP Workforce Now has been over all an upgrade from our previous paystub and time management system. It cuts down on employee confusion and gives them a one stop place to access all their needs. Some of the menus aren't completely intuitive but it's easy once you've accessed it a few times.

Overall experience is excellent. Will be continuing to use and looking forward to more updates and tools that will be becoming available in the future.

It has been a love/hate experience. It has everything I need to manage my payroll & related activities, but it is too complicated. I would prefer a more simplified version...let's call it Workforce Lite?!

My experience with ADP is quite good i have had no direct issues to relate.

Overall, the app is useful and provides all the basic necessities and information one would need to deal with things associated with your job.

ADP is one of the best workplace apps in terms of pay. Any and all employees have access not just to their most recent paystubs but the ability to compare them to other periods and time of the year. They also have a PDF of the actual work paystub, Incase you take a more diligent approach when it comes to keeping your reciepts

I have used ADP Workforce Now as both an employee and an administrator and for both roles, it did what it needed to do.

Here is what is upsetting, I loved their product. LOVED IT. It did 99% of what I needed it to do. I was a proponent of this system to our organization for years, so what makes it heartbreaking for me, is that they couldn't deliver on customer service. They have to be the worst in the industry as it relates to customer service. Hours of waiting on hold for someone to take my call was the number one reason for leaving and it broke my heart.

It can be overwhelming, but this system offers all the essential features you might need. ADP is a widely used platform, and we have relied on it for several years. We use ADP for various functions, including payroll, employee hiring, performance reviews, and tax management.

Overall, ADP workforce system is a good system and the mobile login/logout feature work well. Many employers use ADP and it is quite popular payroll system.

I have been using it for years and it is the product of choice for me. With the updates that make it even easier to use and the newer reporting system, things are usually looking up.

Its been a great experience so far. Its made it so easy to track my pay statements and timecards, as well as made the process for tracking bank time/vacation time and submitting time off much easier

Overall I have had a great experience using ADP workforce now. It is very user friendly and walks you through each step of the process. It makes it easy for employees to determine their tax deductions on their own which saves time.
